Overview:

APSIL Security Services International Limited. is seeking highly skilled and professional individuals to join our team as Premium Security Officers. As a Premium Security Officer, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional security services to our esteemed clientele, ensuring their safety and peace of mind. This position requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and composure.

Responsibilities:

Client Service Excellence:

– Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional presence to clients, visitors, and staff members.

– Serve as a brand ambassador for APSIL, consistently delivering top-quality service and representing our company values and culture.

Security Operations:

– Perform security patrols, maintaining a vigilant presence to deter potential security threats and unauthorized access.

– Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems, and respond promptly to any alarms or incidents.

Access Control:

– Control access to designated areas, ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed entry.

– Verify identification, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate records of visitors and contractors.

Incident Response and Emergency Management:

– Respond effectively to security incidents, including medical emergencies, fire alarms, or other incidents, following established protocols.

– Take appropriate action to mitigate risks, secure the area, and escalate incidents as necessary.

Report Writing and Documentation:

– Prepare accurate and detailed incident reports, documenting any security breaches, observations, or unusual occurrences.

– Maintain daily logs and records related to security activities, ensuring they are complete and up to date.

Customer Service and Conflict Resolution:

– Address client inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.

– Handle challenging situations or conflicts with diplomacy, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.

Compliance and Safety:

– Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and legal regulations, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all stakeholders.

– Proactively identify and report potential safety hazards or security vulnerabilities.

Qualifications:

– Must be registered with the Private Security Regulations Authority

– High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in security management or related fields are a plus.

– Previous experience in security services, preferably in premium or executive protection.

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals in a professional manner.

– Exceptional observational skills and attention to detail.

– Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

– Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

– Knowledge of security systems and procedures.

– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

– Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods.

• Sunday to Saturday (24hr Operation)
